Self-love is essential to living well. It is the basic ingredient that enables us to assemble ourselves as whole, complete beings. It allows us to accept ourselves just as we are - perfectly imperfect, a beautiful melting pot of contradictions and complexities. This workshop aims to support this process of self-relating by gently guiding you on a journey into your heart space.
The evening will be a beautiful opportunity to dedicate some time and energy to the celebration, exploration and cultivation of love for the Self.
What to expect

The intention for each step of the journey is to create a safe container for you to gently bring your awareness into the moment and into the body. Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that develops through actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Your relationship to yourself is as dynamic as any other relationship in your life; it requires time, effort, energy, commitment, compassion and most importantly – love.
